Your purchase is made on that marketplace, so shipping, payment, cancellations, returns and refunds are handled by them under their own policies.
Shipping
Delivery is arranged by the marketplace and its logistics partners. Delivery time, shipping charges and tracking details are shown at checkout and in your order details on that marketplace.
We do not control delivery timelines and cannot track or reroute your order from our website.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the return policy of the marketplace where you bought the product.
